We use a ticketing system to contain all the information relating to your issue and to make the handover of issues between the IT team more efficient.
Each support request you create is assigned a unique ticket number that helps us keep track of the issue and differentiate it from other issues you may have had.
To create a support request, please click "Open a New Ticket"
We recommend that you click "Sign in with Google" when creating a ticket, this speeds up your login and does not require you to remember a new username / password.

For your reference, we provide an archive of all your support requests.
To view this archive, click "Sign in" in the top right, click "Sign in with Google", choose your YA Google account if prompted, then click "Tickets" near the top right.
You will see your currently open tickets. To see completed tickets, click "Closed"
